The smallest home on the market in DC right now clocks in at just 265 square feet. The studio was listed for sale just south of Meridian Hill Park last Thursday.

The property is listed for $199,000 with Keller Williams' Theresa Helfman Taylor; it sold for about a quarter of that price 14 years ago. Despite the appreciation, the unit may have a buyer by the end of today: offers were due at noon.
