Downstairs, Nobu DC (the District’s only location by world-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa) is now officially open. Reservations are currently booked a few weeks out, but 2501 M residents need not fret—they’re the only patrons in the city who can order takeout from Nobu through the building’s concierge.
2501 M Street will be complete in November and initial move-ins can be scheduled in under 60 days. Prices start at $800,000, with sales and marketing by the Mayhood Company.
