20 Modern Condos to Debut on Capitol Hill's Hottest Strip
In May, Emblem at Barracks Row, a brand new 20-unit condominium by Bozzuto, will open for sales on Capitol Hill. The property, which is already garnering attention from prospective buyers, will bridge the historic Barracks Row neighborhood with the neighboring Navy Yard as a standout addition to the city’s oldest commercial district. The residences sit atop first floor retail spaces, with target vendors being coffee shops, boutique fitness studios and the like.

Finishes include modern kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, Quartz countertops, Bosch appliances (including a washer/dryer) and laminate hardwood flooring throughout. Amenities include package concierge and bike storage, and parking available for purchase.
Barracks Row is a bustling commercial strip at the heart of Capitol Hill. Local restaurants include Medium Rare, Ted’s Bulletin and award-winning sister restaurants Rose’s Luxury and Pineapple & Pearls.
