Raycon, Inc. will make interior renovations to the second through fourth floors of the existing buildings for upwards of 18 residential units, and a 1,200 square-foot penthouse will be constructed on the roof. The first floor will continue to be used for restaurant use.
Cobalt closed its doors in early March. Bar owner Eric Little cited the sale of the building, the rise of dating apps, and “a slow decline in sales” as reasons for the closure.
