A sprawling estate near Warrenton, Virginia recently hit the market with the highest price tag for an active listing in the region this year.
North Wales Farm is a historic Virginia property built in 1776. The estate covers almost 1,500 acres and was listed earlier this week for $29.95 million by Stephen McLean.
In addition to the acreage, 7500 Ironwood Lane (map) includes a Georgian-style manor house, a stone carriage house, and several other residences, as well as equestrian facilities and a shooting preserve.
