What Does $779K Buy You in DC?
In this week’s installment of What X Buys You, we look in the $779,000 price point and find a four-bedroom, four-level home in Foxhall that made our jaw drop when we saw the square footage and then looked at the price again. (For those who don’t know, Foxhall is the tony, little neighborhood sandwiched between Georgetown and Palisades.) The home overlooks Greenwich Circle, and has four bedrooms, a nice-sized living room and a landscaped patio and garden. But its size is the real draw. At 3,400 square feet (all interior, we are assuming), the eventual buyer will get a deal at $229 per square foot. More details and photos below.
