We know that the original version of this feature was longer, but we hope that our readers still find value in the new, abridged format. Today, we look at the $350,000 price point and a two-bedroom condo in Cleveland Park.

This two-bedroom has its pros and cons. While the living area is large, the kitchen and bedrooms are small. (The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, though.) It is only a couple blocks form the Cleveland Park Metro station on the Red line, but there is no parking with the listing and finding a street space in this area can be difficult. And, the monthly fees are steep, but they do include most utilities and taxes. More details below.

- Address: 3020 Porter Street NW, Unit 202 (see map here)
- Price: $349,000
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 750
- Price per SF: $465
- Condo Fees: $399/month
