The two carpeted bedrooms are both on the basement level, and the apartment also comes with a parking spot and a washer/dryer. The rental is a little rough around the edges, but has some cool details like a decorative fireplace, original stained molding and hardwoods, and an indoor/outdoor sunroom.

The luxury community offers many of the amenities expected in a newer building, including fitness and business centers. The apartment is fully updated with an in-unit washer/dryer and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room.
