In this edition of What X Rents You, UrbanTurf looks at units going for around $2,100 per month to see what a renter can find in DC at that rate.
Two Levels in a Petworth Rowhome
The main and basement levels of this Petworth rowhouse are renting for just under $2,000 a month. The two carpeted bedrooms are both on the basement level, and the apartment also comes with a parking spot and a washer/dryer. The rental is a little rough around the edges, but has some cool details like a decorative fireplace, original stained molding and hardwoods, and an indoor/outdoor sunroom.
Furnished One Bedroom on Scott Circle
This one bedroom overlooking Scott Circle can be rented fully furnished if preferred. Besides electricity, all of the utilities are included in the price — even cable and internet. The kitchen is newly-renovated and the condominium building has a large roofdeck and 24-hour concierge.
A Luxury, Sun-Filled One Bedroom
The most expensive of the rentals featured today, this 681-square-foot one-bedroom apartment is located in the CityVista apartment building in Mount Vernon Triangle. The luxury community offers many of the amenities expected in a newer building, including fitness and business centers. The apartment is fully updated with an in-unit washer/dryer and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room.
