What $875K Buys You in DC?

The master bathroom you see above is not the only room in this week’s What X Buys You that features great-looking tilework. A handful of the rooms in this five-bedroom, 5.5-bath colonial in Petworth exude an understated flair using either bold tiling or exposed brick or both (check out the kitchen). It is also a half-block from Georgia Avenue, which could mean nice long-term appreciation for the home’s value if the city really moves forward with its plan to reinvigorate that retail corridor.
