What $560K Buys You in DC?: Figure 1

In this week's installment of What X Buys You, we look at the $560K price point and come across a two-bedroom loft in a smaller Adams Morgan building, a development that we actually featured in one of our first-ever features on UrbanTurf. While this unit is not the product of two combined condos, it also doesn't have the correspondingly high price tag. With a very open floor plan and almost 1,100 square feet of space, the unit has the loft-like feel that characterizes 1700 Kalorama. There are high ceilings and a fireplace and balcony, as well as a very spacious master bedroom. The condo comes with a garage parking space, which is a critical amenity in this area of DC.
