What $3,000 Rents You in DC: Figure 2

This three-bedroom row house is located a few blocks east of the Petworth Metro station on the Green and Yellow Lines, and given the items mentioned in the listing, it appears that the owners would like to keep it furnished in some way. Of the three properties featured, this one has the most space and purely residential feel, with three bedrooms and an office, separate living and dining rooms, a sun room, and a driveway for two cars. DIRECTV, internet and cleaning services are included in the monthly rent, and the house is available on August 1st for a one-year lease.
