For this edition of What X Rents You, UrbanTurf takes a look at some options of what you can rent in the DC area on a $2,700 budget.
Two Bright Bedrooms in Adams Morgan
This bright two-bedroom is located at The Clydesdale on the upper edge of Adams Morgan. The pentagonal master bedroom has four windows with tree-lined views and both bedroom closets have bonus storage cubbies above. The updated galley kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the bathroom has limestone floors and a tiled, glass-enclosed shower stall.
One Bedroom in the Heart of Logan Circle
Just across the street from Whole Foods in Logan Circle, The Hudson and DeSoto apartment building has a group of one-bedroom rentals available. The interior of this unit has an industrial vibe, with stained concrete floors, finished concrete ceiling and exposed HVAC pipes. Tall windows bring light into the unit and the bedroom has double-wide doors.
Five Bedrooms in Bethesda
For those who need more space, there's this five-bedroom home blocks from NIH at the end of a dead-end street in Bethesda. The house has two bedrooms on the main level, two bedrooms on the second floor, and a full one-bedroom au-pair suite on the basement level. The house also has a detached garage and a large backyard with patio area.
