A dining area on the other side of the beam is just outside the kitchen. Along with the three bedrooms and full bath on the main level, there is another bedroom and bath on the spacious, carpeted lower level, which also has a partially-finished laundry/storage room and paned french doors that walk out to the roomy backyard.
