Urban Green Debuts Spacious Luxury Apartments
In April, the growing Maryland community of Urbana welcomed its first apartment community, Urban Green Apartments—a distinct development offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
Urban Green (map) is located in the flourishing city center of Urbana, close to exciting new shopping, dining and entertainment. Residents can indulge in their surroundings while enjoying their well-appointed apartment home that offers the best in amenities including detached garages, spacious floor plans, and both shared and private outdoor amenities.
Urban Green Apartments range from approximately 700 square feet to more than 1,300 square feet. Interiors have been elegantly designed, with two-toned Sherwin Williams paint colors and high-end finishes like wide-plank wood-grain flooring, carpeted bedrooms, oversized windows, full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bars and separate dining areas. Many apartment homes also include foyer entrances, full pantries, custom built-in bookshelves, and walk-in closets.
Among the many on-site amenities are a resort-style outdoor pool in a lush setting; gourmet grilling stations and pizza oven; an expansive, state-of-the-art fitness center; a theater room with gaming system; community gardens; and access to a nature preserve with walking trails. The community will also soon introduce a Bark Park, for dogs, as Urban Green is proud to be a pet-centric community.
Urban Green Apartments also offers the convenience of a 12,000 square foot retail center within the community. Restaurants and shops include an array of delectable choices such as Mangia e Bevi ltaliano, Babao, Black Hog BBQ, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Turning Point Shopping Center and Urbana Village Center are also both an easy walk from Urban Green.
