The hotel-esque vibe, with soothing neutrals, recessed lighting and Marriott-worthy windows, and a location a block from the Circle caught someone’s eye relatively quickly. Charmingly Renovated Brookland Three-Bedroom

Though we featured this Brookland three-bedroom two weeks ago as one of our Best New Listings, the family-sized home was under contract only three days after hitting the market.
