The most sophisticated high-rise to come to the Tysons skyline is nearing completion and selling quickly.
Monarch Condominium, a striking 20-story residential tower encased in a glass curtain wall, will deliver in the first quarter of 2023 and is 60 percent sold. Once complete it will be Tysons’ only new high-rise condominium development and, as a luxury property, will be in a category of its own.
Monarch will feature 94 residences, and no more than six units per floor, making for incredibly spacious, elegant homes with outdoor space, floor-to-ceiling windows and exposure on two sides. There are more than a dozen unique layouts, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, three-bedroom and three-bedroom plus den residences. Forty percent of those homes have direct elevator entry access.
A variety of two bedroom and den residences with spectacular views are still available, and prospective buyers have the chance to tour a fully decorated model right now at Monarch's Sales Gallery.
Lower floors are designed with six residences per floor, while the bulk of the building has just four units per floor and the penthouse level has just two residences. Floor plans range from 880 to 3,400 square feet, with up to 12-foot ceilings, and are priced from $630,000 to $3.4M.
Finishes at Monarch include Khars white oak flooring, walk-in wardrobes, Miele appliances, high-gloss lacquer Italkraft cabinetry, concealed kitchen paneling, natural quartz waterfall kitchen countertops and floor-to-ceiling windows with solar shades.
Monarch Condominium is a heavily serviced property. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge and a lobby attendant, and full time on-site property management by Associa.
Shared outdoor spaces include a garden terrace, landscaped gardens and a pool with a lounge area featuring TVs, fire pits and entertaining space. The lounge also overlooks Arbor Row Stream Valley Park where residents will enjoy miles of trails and acres of mature trees.
Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, a private penthouse-level dining room, a clubroom with catering kitchen, a pet spa and a hotel-like hospitality suite that residents can reserve for guests.
Monarch Condominium is neighbor to The Ritz Carlton and is surrounded by world-class shopping at Tysons Galleria, Wegmans and Capital One Hall; restaurants like The Palm and Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse; and entertainment venues like Wolf Trap National Park for Performing Arts. The property is also connected to everything Washington, DC has to offer via the Silver Line Metro and I-495.
Monarch Condominium is being developed by Renaissance Centro and was designed by architect WDG.
The property’s sales office is located at 1650 Tysons Boulevard, 9th Floor (map) and overlooks the property site. Prospective buyers can visit the property website here or can make an appointment with a Mayhood Company sales representative by emailing sales@monarchtysons.com or by calling 703-734-2020.
