Verse, the condominium in the heart of The Boro, Tysons’ first walkable community, has experienced remarkable sales leading up to its delivery this month. The condominium is over 70 percent sold and is opening its doors to new owners this week.
With a brand new onsite sales gallery, new models and a “First Look” event planned for Saturday, November 16th (RSVP here), Verse condos are anticipated to sell out the remaining residences by next spring.
The Boro is a 16-acre development offering pedestrian-friendly streets, Metro access, a Showplace ICON movie theatre, a one-acre park and a variety of dining experiences. With the first retailers now open at The Boro—including Flower Child and a flagship Whole Foods Market—and many restaurants and shops scheduled to open in early 2020, The Boro is becoming a bustling, vibrant neighborhood.
Verse is the exclusive condo property at The Boro and features 140 luxury homes in an impressive 25-story tower. Designed by architect Robert Sponseller of Shalom Baranes Associates, with interiors designed by international design firm Cecconi Simone, Verse is contemporary and sophisticated, offering open floor plans for entertaining, a curated selection of high-end fixtures, and generous balconies and terraces.
Verse features one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-with-a-den homes (ranging in size from 700 to over 1,800 square feet). Pricing starts in the $500,000s.
Finishes and features include custom kitchens with Italian cabinetry, chef-caliber panelized appliances, up to 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and generous walk-in closets. Verse also boasts large balconies with elegant glass railing panels and panoramic views.
Verse offers an array of hotel-level luxury amenities, including a one-acre rooftop sky park and an expansive private terrace with dining tables and cocktail seating. The building also has a dedicated 24/7 concierge, a hospitality suite for owners’ overnight guests, a high-performance fitness studio, a pet spa, an outdoor pool and resident-only assigned parking.
A Cider & Sweaters “First Look” event will be held this Saturday, November 16th in Verse’s entertainment lounge and sky park between 12pm and 4pm. To attend, please RSVP by clicking here.
The Verse Sales Gallery is open daily from 11am to 5pm, where The Mayhood Company is facilitating condo sales. Sales managers Chris Blakemore and Jennifer Harlow can be contacted at 571-423-0957 or at sales@versecondos.com.
