Two 2,400 Square-Foot Luxury Townhomes Debut Close to the Petworth Metro
Two remarkably spacious luxury townhomes have just come to market around the corner from the Petworth Metro station. The new listings, located at 831 Rock Creek Church Road NW (map), boast four or more bedrooms, outdoor spaces on each of the four floors and include custom details that bring thoughtful functionality to a modern aesthetic.
The homes are the product of DAKS Development, in collaboration with Warmington Oppenheim Development and architect Lee Design Studios. The team is well versed in exceptional design that is contextually driven and innovative, and took cues from ultra high-end properties when conceiving these townhomes.
Each home measures at around 2,400 square feet, with townhome A featuring four bedrooms, plus a den, and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and townhome B featuring five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Interiors are finished with custom cabinetry, white oak flooring, oversized Anderson windows, nine-foot doors, integrated paneling in kitchens, and unique details like a built-in entertainment center and custom steel staircases with floating wood treads.
The exteriors were constructed with a chic combination of steel, brick and wood, and each home includes courtyard space, second and third floor balconies and a private rooftop deck. The lower levels in both homes also feature in-law suites with kitchenettes. Both homes are priced at $1.299M each.
The homes at 831 Rock Creek Church Road NW are ideally located in the heart of Petworth—between Park View and Columbia Heights—on Metro’s Yellow Line, which runs through downtown DC and out to the future Amazon headquarters at National Landing. The location is near two grocery stores and dozens of some of DC’s most talked about cafes, bars and restaurants, including Call Your Mother, Himitsu and Timber Pizza.
