Today’s “Deal of the Week” is a three-bedroom condo at 2030 1st Street NW in LeDroit Park, one of DC’s most architecturally prolific neighborhoods. Originally listed at $519,900, the price has dropped about $50K in the six months that it has been on the market, and we’re thinking that the “MOTIVATED SELLER” label is an indication that additional negotiation is possible. The three-level home has about 1,600 total square feet of interior space, 12’ ceilings, a roof deck and a renovated kitchen.
