This Weekend, Tour Capitol Hill’s Newest 41-Unit Condo Development
With sales already underway for Capitol Hill’s newest 41-unit condominium The One Five, this weekend is the first opportunity for prospective buyers to tour the property’s brand new model home.
The One Five includes junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den and two-bedroom units. All homes include open floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops and nine-foot ceilings. Select first floor units include private outdoor terraces, and many of the upper level units offer expansive views of Pennsylvania Avenue and the Capitol.
Amenities include bike storage and a shared roof deck with panoramic views of Capitol Hill. A limited number of garage parking spaces are also available.
The One Five is centrally located at 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue SE, just blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro station, Harris Teeter and Eastern Market, and is also close to the H Street Corridor.
To book a tour between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday or Sunday (July 16th or 17th), visit The One Five online here. Move-ins for the property will begin in late August/early September and prices start in the low $300,000s.
