The DC government has published the names of all the winning bidders for the auction of distressed properties that occurred on January 30th. The official list is here, but to make it a little easier we’ve listed the winners’ names and bids along with all the photos, ordered from biggest to smallest bid. (See our previous coverage of the auction here and here.)
Separately, don’t forget there is an auction of the 40 remaining condos at The Fitz in Rockville next weekend. More details are here.
