This month, The Hepburn will open its doors in Kalorama and raise the bar for luxury apartment living in DC.
The 12-floor, 195-unit property is a standout for the neighborhood, located adjacent to the Capitol Hilton and draped in a curved curtain-wall glass exterior. Developed by Lowe Enterprises and designed by internationally-renown architect Beyer Blinder Belle, The Hepburn will bring an unusually high level of service to its residents, with over 20,000 square feet of on-site amenities and concierge services that rival most hotels.
The Hepburn includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with interiors by award-winning designer Cecconi Simone. All apartments are outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows with Mechoshade® window treatments, ultramodern kitchens, hotel inspired bathrooms, in-unit laundry, customizable closet systems and much more.
Select residences offer generously-sized balconies or terraces and, because of the building’s location and abundance of windows, virtually every unit, regardless of floor, has outstanding views much like the rooftop, where one can take in the skyline from the Washington Monument to the National Cathedral and Basilica.
The Hepburn’s high-end amenities include: a rooftop with spectacular views of the city, a soaking pool, private cabanas, grills, and fire pits; underground private parking; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a wine bar open to residents that features temperature-controlled wine lockers; a library; and a lounge space that can be reserved for private dining events.
The Hepburn has also forged amenity partnerships with The Phillips Collection, Baroo pet concierge services, MAVEN car-sharing service and Town & Country Movers.
“D.C. is a city filled with professionals who lead very busy lives and value their time immensely; that’s why we created a special building outfitted with amenities and services that provide residents with everything they need, from pet services to entertainment,” said Mark Rivers, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Lowe Enterprises Washington, DC.
The Hepburn is located at the corner of Florida Avenue and T Street NW (map) just north of Dupont Circle. It is close to countless restaurants (Restaurant Nora, Hank's Oyster Bar), shops (Kramer Books, Bluemercury) and markets, including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and the popular Dupont Circle Fresh Farm Market.
Leasing has begun by Bozzuto Management Company. For more information on The Hepburn or to register for a tour, click here.
