DC million-dollar mainstays Spring Valley and Berkley top the list as the only areas with median prices exceeding $2 million. Six upper Northwest DC neighborhoods such as Palisades and Colonial Village crowd the $1.5 million to $1.7 million range.
Outside of DC, larger areas such as Great Falls ($1.492 million), Potomac ($1.3 million) and Bethesda ($1.125 million) all make the million-dollar list. Despite the lofty prices for the areas in the table above, most have seen price increases compared to 2022.
