This week’s best new listings include a two-bedroom condo in the U Street Corridor with a Smart Car garage, a well-designed (and rare) two-bedroom condo in Petworth and a four-bedroom contemporary in Bethesda where the living room and master bedroom look very similar.

While the description indicates that this two-bedroom condo is in Columbia Heights, we know that this address is more widely considered to be Petworth. The living area offers a fair amount of couch and table space as well as exposed brick and the kitchen has an enormous counter/breakfast bar.
