This week’s best new listings include a two-bedroom condo in a renovated rowhouse in the U Street Corridor, a rowhouse in Palisades with a huge chef’s kitchen and a two-bedroom bungalow in Del Ray just blocks from The Avenue.

The Best New Listings in the DC Area: Figure 1

2025 13th Street NW, #2 (see map here)

  • Price: $484,555
  • Bedrooms: Two
  • Bathrooms: One
  • Condo Fees: $250/month

This two-bedroom, one-bath condo is in a renovated rowhouse in the U Street Corridor. The property has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and an oversized bay window in the living room that lets in a lot of natural light. The kitchen has been renovated and both bedrooms are large, although one could also be used as a home office. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and about 300 square feet of storage. 1523 Elliot Place NW (see map here)

  • Price: $629,000
  • Bedrooms: Two
  • Bathrooms: 1.5
  • Year Built: 1895

This two-bedroom row house near the reservoir was completely renovated in 2007. The home’s most attractive feature (in our opinion) is the chef’s kitchen that has a huge island, stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The living room has a fireplace, and the dining room looks out on a patio and fenced-in backyard. There is a laundry room and additional storage space in the basement. Two-Bedroom 1920s Bungalow in Del Ray

The Best New Listings in the DC Area: Figure 3

200 Raymond Avenue, Del Ray (see map here)

  • Price: $499,000
  • Bedrooms: Two
  • Bathrooms: One
  • Square Footage (Lot): 5,250
  • Year Built: 1920

Del Ray, Alexandria is a neighborhood known for its quaint bungalow homes (read more here), and this property helps the area live up to that reputation. The cozy two-bedroom, arts & crafts cottage has a large front porch, oak floors throughout, and the home’s original panel doors and mission-style windows. It is being sold “as-is” and both the living room and kitchen will need to be renovated at some point in the future. That said, there is off-street parking, a garage for extra storage and you can walk to “The Avenue” where you will find many of Del Ray’s famous shops. For the full listing, click here.
