The 10 Fastest Selling Zip Codes in Maryland

A home on the market in 20816.
To conclude our recent series that took a look at the fastest and slowest selling zip codes in the area, today we focus on Maryland. Using year-to-date data provided by RealEstate Business Intelligence, UrbanTurf found the Maryland zip codes where homes are moving the quickest in 2013.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the zip code that includes sections of ever-popular Bethesda took the top spot, but so did the zip code of 20855, which is located near Rockville off I-270. Several of the other zip codes sit right outside the Beltway, like 20832, 20852, and 20902, or just inside, like 20737 and 20783.
Note: We only included a sampling of the areas associated with each zip code below.

Next week, we’ll be publishing a comprehensive list of zip codes in the area, so those whose zips didn’t make it onto any of the top 10 lists will be able to see how their areas rank.
