The list features a regular cast of characters from both sides of the city. Unsurprisingly, American University Park, a neighborhood that we posited could be the most competitive in the city, is leading the way. Congress Heights, LeDroit Park and Anacostia all tied for second on the list with an average sales to original list price ratio of 102%. The upper NW neighborhoods of North Cleveland Park and Chevy Chase round out the top six.
