The Metropolitan Collection at Gallery Park
This Saturday March 10th, Miller & Smith will host The Big Reveal event to celebrate the grand opening of two decorated models at Gallery Park, a new townhome community in Montgomery County.
Gallery Park is located just three minutes from I-270 and close to Montgomery County’s best schools, shopping, dining and business districts. There will be two types of townhomes offered at the new community: the Metropolitan Collection, three and four-level townhome condos with one-car garages, and the National Gallery Collection, two and three-bedroom townhomes with one-car garages.

The National Gallery Collection
The homes have been designed with traditional exteriors that create a classic streetscape with contemporary open floorplans that allow for modern living inside. These homes come with 2.5 bathrooms and a one-car garage, and because they are within minutes of Little Bennett Regional Park, homeowners can experience the great outdoors while enjoying the proximity to nearby urban centers. The Metropolitan Collection starts at $239,990 and the National Gallery Collection starts at $309,990.
The Big Reveal will take place this Saturday from 11am to 5pm at 22500 Phillips Street, Clarksburg, MD 20871 with a model tour, buyer incentives and light refreshments. Directions are below. Call 301-875-1929 for additional details or visit the website for Gallery Park.
Directions to The Big Reveal: From I-495 take I-270 North to Exit 18 Route 121/Clarksburg Road towards Clarksburg. Turn right on Gateway Center Drive. Turn left onto Shawnee Lane to a right on Phillips Street. Sales office is located at 22500 Phillips Street, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
