Silver Spring’s newest condo development, Argent, is hosting a grand opening barbeque this Saturday from noon to 4pm. The 96-unit Argent is located right in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, just a five-minute walk from the Metro. The neighborhood’s many restaurants and shopping options, as well as the AFI Silver Theatre (our favorite local cinema), are also within walking distance.
In addition to the Texas ribs and BBQ, you’ll be able to check out three furnished model units plus the rooftop deck. Below are additional details and photos of a few of the units.
| When: | Saturday, June 27th from noon to 4pm. |
|---|---|
| Where: | Argent is located at 1200 Blair Mill Road in downtown Silver Spring (see map here). The building is a block from the Silver Spring Metro stop on the Red line. |
| Who: | You, plus other prospective home and condo buyers. |
| How much: | It’s free. |
