The Fox Hill Club and Residences
Fox Hill Club and Residences, a Bethesda luxury condominium project for those ages 60 and better, recently had grand openings for their three newest models. It also announced reduced prices on most of its condominium residences.
The new models — The Morris, The Brantwood, and The Mackintosh — have spacious floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, granite kitchens, crown moldings, abundant closet space, and many come with fireplaces. Fox Hill offers one, two and three-bedroom units, many of which come with dens or studies.
Atrium at Fox Hill
Located just north of River Road at the edge of Burning Tree Club (map), Fox Hill offers amenities that cater to its residents’ wants and needs. They include five dining venues, a fitness center that offers personal fitness instruction, an indoor heated swimming pool and whirlpool, a full service spa and salon, a 250-seat performing arts center, a recording studio, a wine cellar, and even an indoor golf simulator. Fox Hill also has 24-hour security, concierge services, and an on-site physician who holds office hours. Rehabilitation therapies and in-home care options are also available to residents.
