Seven Whole Days: Under Contract, Déjà Vu Edition

This week’s Under Contract features three properties that shared a Best New Listings and all went under contract in seven days.


One Week for Mid-Century in Alexandria

After hitting the market with an offer deadline, this four-bedroom Cape Cod in Alexandria went under contract in a week. The mid-century house has an open layout bisected by a staircase, with the fireplace-anchored dining area occupying one side.
