Two blocks from Logan Circle, but off the beaten 14th Street path, sales for Logan13 are underway. Logan13 includes 67 unique, luxury units from the Holladay Corporation, one of the area’s most reputable and long-standing real estate developers.
Residences are priced starting in the $300s and the property, which anticipates a September delivery, is now 40 percent sold out and selling quickly.
Logan13 is located on 13th Street NW between N and O streets (map) just steps from 14th Street's many amenities. Whole Foods, Estadio, VIDA Fitness, Birch & Barley, Le Diplomate and The Coffee Bar are all within minutes by foot.
Logan13 includes studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 450 square feet to almost 1,200 square feet. The eight penthouse units include both one- and two-bedroom layouts and all have private terraces. Most of the units include balconies, and all residents will have access to a large common roof space, with a stainless steel grilling station and well-appointed furniture.
Every unit will include a Nest Thermostat and features like Bosch stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop and Bosch front-loading washer/dryers. Finishes are contemporary-European and include quartz Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes, and wide plank flooring throughout by Kaindl. Storage units and underground parking are available at additional cost. The building will be FHA and VA approved, and prospective buyers should ask about closing cost assistance.
Founded in the 1950s, Holladay Corporation developed The Matrix on 14th Street, as well as The Rutherford, which is located just three doors down from Logan13.
McWilliams|Ballard is handling sales for Logan13 out of the company’s Logan Circle sales gallery at 1416 P Street NW. To make an appointment, please visit Logan13 online here.
