Two blocks from Logan Circle, but off the beaten 14th Street path, sales for Logan13 are underway. Logan13 includes 67 unique, luxury units from the Holladay Corporation, one of the area’s most reputable and long-standing real estate developers.
Residences are priced starting in the $300s and the property, which anticipates a September delivery, is now 40 percent sold out and selling quickly.
Logan13 is located on 13th Street NW between N and O streets (map) just steps from 14th Street's many amenities. Whole Foods, Estadio, VIDA Fitness, Birch & Barley, Le Diplomate and The Coffee Bar are all within minutes by foot.

The eight penthouse units include both one- and two-bedroom layouts and all have private terraces. Most of the units include balconies, and all residents will have access to a large common roof space, with a stainless steel grilling station and well-appointed furniture.
