The first three phases of the highly-anticipated Georgia Row at Walter Reed, developed by Craftmark Homes and Elm Street Development, are now selling, with the final phase scheduled to debut this summer. Sales are by McWilliams|Ballard and the property's model homes will open in May.
Georgia Row combines the best of two housing styles: the multi-level feel of a townhome and the convenience of a condo. The homes are spacious and have either one-, two- or three-bedroom floorplans. The multi-level designs—with the living room and kitchen on the main level, and bedrooms on either the upper or lower level, or a combination, depending on floor plan—provide residents with plenty of open space and privacy.

With two distinct style packages available--modern or transitional--buyers will be able to choose a range of finishes from hardwood flooring and countertops to kitchen hardware, cabinet style designs and much more. All of the residences come standard with five-inch wide-plank hardwood flooring, LED lighting and nine-foot ceilings. Among the sixty homes that will soon be move-in ready are 21 homes with expansive rooftop terraces.
Pricing at Georgia Row starts in the upper $300s and on-site parking is available for purchase.

Georgia Row at Walter Reed is ideally located across the street from the forthcoming Walter Reed redevelopment and only half a mile from the Takoma Metro Station. The homes will have direct access to sought-after restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment venues.
