Sales Are Underway at Buzzard Point's First Residential Property

The very first new residential development coming to the highly-anticipated Buzzard Point neighborhood is now selling.
Peninsula 88 features 110 homes with a one-of-a-kind location steps from the river's edge and the neighborhood’s many planned shops and cafes. Peninsula 88 features one bedrooms, one bedrooms plus den, and two bedroom floorplans, ranging from 700 square feet and up. All but one of the development's penthouses has already sold.

Peninsula 88 was skillfully designed as a unique urban oasis, with interiors that feature natural, minimalist finishes like wide plank, sustainably-sourced wood flooring; custom closets by Organized Living; custom roller blinds; Thermofoil white high gloss cabinetry; gray quartz countertops; and chrome finished Fluid Oceanside fixtures.
