Park Row Condominiums

Heading north from downtown DC, Washingtonians are starting to see some big changes between the Columbia Heights and Georgia Avenue/Petworth Metro stations. Restaurants and bars with outdoor seating and chic storefronts are cropping up on corners. New grocery stores are moving in. And on Sherman Avenue, traffic has been re-routed—cutting traffic lanes from four to two—to increase walkability and ride-ability (for bikers).

Units sized at 1,300 square feet are priced at $649,900, and units sized at 1,600 square feet are priced at $699,900.

Other upcoming residential developments in the neighborhood to look out for include:

• The NorthStar Condominiums, seven large, new construction two-bedroom condos slated for completion by the end of the year and located at 762 Park Road (just behind Park Row)
• Four new units under construction at 756 Park Road, where demolition has just begun
• Approximately 23 residential units planned for the corner of Sherman and Morton Avenues
