The first of two 1920s Del Ray farmhouses in this week’s Best New Listings, this three-bedroom distinguishes itself with a bright sunroom full of built-in bookshelves and a large rear deck. Fully renovated and modernized throughout, it also has a home office on the first floor. A small breakfast bar in the kitchen makes for a good spot for late night snacks or a quick breakfast.

This slightly smaller, and more affordable farmhouse in Del Ray contains a fully finished basement, and a living room with bay windows and a wood-burning fireplace flanked by built-in bookshelves. A small side porch connected to one of the bedrooms provides a private spot during parties. The kitchen is full of storage space, but some tightly placed appliances may make it a little tough to maneuver.

A short walk to the East Falls Church Metro, this four-bedroom Arts and Crafts house features vaulted ceilings and large windows for looking out on the spacious park-adjacent backyard. A second-level master bedroom deck provides an additional retreat. Outfitted for a large family, the home also includes a second washer and dryer as well as a finished basement rec room.
