Tribeca Comes to DC: NoMa's Edgiest New Condominiums Begin Sales This Spring

This spring, a bit of New York City is coming to DC’s NoMa neighborhood.
TRIBECA features 99 one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes with a style inspired by the iconic New York City neighborhood of the same name. TRIBECA sits on a triangular site along New York Avenue, just over one block from the NoMa Metro Station. Pricing starts in the upper $400s.
Residents of TRIBECA will be able to choose finishes in one of two color palettes: warm and cool. Some residences will feature ultra-modern black and dark walnut cabinetry, while others will feature white cabinetry and gray quartz countertops. The penthouse floors, featuring both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, will have upgraded finishes. Most of the units at TRIBECA will also have balconies, and some of the units on the top floor will have private rooftop terraces.
Amenities include a gym, co-working space, front desk concierge and a beautifully designed roof deck with lounge seating and a fire pit, as well as an inside dining and kitchen area. Resident storage and a bike storage room will be available.
TRIBECA is centrally located within blocks of Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, Starbucks, REI and Peet’s Coffee. It is also within three blocks of the Union Market commercial neighborhood where residents will find Blue Bottle Coffee, a Politics and Prose bookstore and a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other food vendors.
