Residents of TRIBECA will be able to choose finishes in one of two color palettes: warm and cool. It is also within three blocks of the Union Market commercial neighborhood where residents will find Blue Bottle Coffee, a Politics and Prose bookstore and a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other food vendors.
