No Condo Fees for a Year at Arlington's Award-Winning Arc 3409
Arc 3409 is looking to pay your condo fees for the year.
When the 85-unit condominium project in Virginia Square (map) hit the market recently, all of the property’s one-bedroom homes and many of its two-bedroom units were quickly snapped up. Arc 3409 has not only captured one-third of all new condo sales for the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor this year, but also became a Delta Associates Award-winning condo just this month—a testament to its superior design and quality.
Now, with more than 50 percent of its units sold, Arc 3409 is offering an enticing package for new buyers through the month of November: a year of paid condo fees and $5,000 in closing costs.
The remaining units at Arc 3409 are two-bedrooms ranging in size from 1,018 to 1,185 square feet, priced from the high $500s. Design details and finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces or balconies (in many of the homes), stainless steel appliances, light gray or dark hardwood floors, white or gray contemporary cabinetry and white quartz countertops.
Among the building's amenities are a huge fitness center, a rooftop deck with views of the Washington Monument and Northern Virginia, a lobby with a concierge and a bike room. One garage parking space is included with the purchase of each home.
Arc 3409 is located just four blocks from the Virginia Square Metro. Close by are grocery stores (Whole Foods), restaurants and bars (Screwtop Wine Bar, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Green Pig Bistro), shops (Ballston Common Mall, South Moon Under) and entertainment (Regal Ballston Common 12).
To get a feel for the property’s homes, prospective buyers can tour seven model units. Visit the website here for more information or register here to receive a call from the Arc 3409 sales office.
