The Haven at National Harbor will launch sales to VIP members in early December. The launch features competitive pricing on some of The Haven’s most interesting residences, including penthouses and two-level loft units with private, direct street access.
VIP list members will have access to view a fully furnished model residence, along with floorplans, brand new interior renderings and pricing at special appointments starting in the next few weeks. Sales will open to the general public in early December. To become a VIP member and gain priority access, click here.
The Haven will offer a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, including six two-level loft units, overlooking National Harbor and its more than 160 shops and over 40 dining experiences, including those at Tanger Outlets National Harbor and the new MGM Resort and Casino.
For The Haven, developer Peterson Companies looked to its last ten years of award-winning home building experience at National Harbor to design flawless and efficient modern condominiums. When it delivers in the summer of 2018, the property will be National Harbor’s first new condominium development in a decade.

Each Haven residence features first-class finishes and oversized windows, and comes with secure underground parking. Many residences also include unparalleled views of the Potomac River and the Washington Monument.
National Harbor is a popular destination for shopping, water activities like kayaking or paddle boarding, concert going, dining or a night out at the brand-new MGM National Harbor. Still, The Haven offers its own suite of on-site amenities including an amenity deck with a resort-style pool, landscaped courtyards, club room, fitness center and yoga room, pet spa and personal bike storage.
