CityVista
The Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District is hosting the inaugural Mount Vernon Triangle House Tour this Sunday (May 17th) from noon to 5:00pm. Mount Vernon is an up-and-coming neighborhood on the east end of downtown DC that has seen a good deal of residential and commercial development in recent years.
Unlike last weekend’s Capitol Hill House and Garden Tour, the Mount Vernon Triangle tour will focus on (relatively) new condo developments including 555 Mass, The Sonata, Madrigal Lofts, and The L and The K buildings at CityVista. There will be a reception from 2 to 5pm in the private park at CityVista.
Tickets are $15 in advance and are available online or at 5th Street Ace Hardware, 1055 5th Street NW. Tickets will be on sale on Sunday at 5th Street Ace Hardware for $20. Proceeds will benefit Strive DC, a life skills and job training organization.
