Live Two Months Free in One of Navy Yard's Newest Buildings
In the heart of the Navy Yard on one of the neighborhood’s most inviting residential avenues, Insignia on M, a brand new, 324-unit apartment building, has opened its doors and is offering two months free rent on select apartments.
Insignia on M (map) features studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom apartments with features including nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows with waterfront and Capitol views, designer white cabinetry with pantries, frameless glass showers and customizable walk-in closets. Modern in-home amenities include built-in charging stations for USB devices and keyless entry, and some apartments have private balconies.
While Insignia on M offers a number of amenities—including a fitness area and yoga room, a clubroom and a lobby with a fireplace—the rooftop is the property’s crown jewel. Views stretch from the Anacostia River to Nationals Park, and features include a 1,500-square-foot penthouse lounge, a pool and seating area, a dog walk, and gas grilling stations.
Over the past five years, Navy Yard has become one of DC’s most transformed neighborhoods. Insignia on M has enriched the booming retail community by adding several new storefronts. Bethesda Bagels is already open in one of the building’s spaces, while the property is looking to welcome several restaurants to its M Street retail spaces.
In addition, nearby restaurants include The Bullpen, Agua 301, Osteria Morini and Park Tavern. Both a Whole Foods and Harris Teeter groceries are within blocks of Insignia on M, as are the inviting outdoor spaces of Yards Park and Washington Canal Park.
Insignia on M is managed by Bozzuto and is currently offering two months free rent on select apartments. For more information on Insignia on M or to make an appointment to tour one of the property’s model homes, click here, or call 844.835.2928.
