One tower, designed by KPF, will be 25 stories tall and deliver 355 apartments above 15,000 square feet of retail. The other building, designed by STUDIOS, will be 19 stories tall and deliver 420 apartments above 10,000 square feet of retail. The buildings will share below-grade vehicular and bicycle parking. SK+I Architecture is the architect of record for the overall project.
Amenities will include roof decks, pools, co-working spaces, fitness centers and dog-grooming stations, and the development will also include some affordable units for households earning up to 60% of area median income. Community benefits also include contributions for a new neighborhood library.
The development is expected to deliver in 2025.
NOTE: The expected date of completion was added after publication.
