Is WeWork Coming to H Street?

WeWork may be expanding its DC reach to the H Street Corridor.
The Washington Business Journal is reporting that the co-working company is looking to take space in the 432-unit Apollo project at 600 H Street NE.
From the WBJ:
The New York-based provider of co-working space is close to a deal for a 26,000-square-foot space at the Apollo, a mixed-use building under construction on the 600 block of H St. NE, according to a source with knowledge of the discussions.
WeWork currently has DC locations in Chinatown, Shaw and Dupont Circle. Insight Property Group is building the Apollo H Street, which will have 432 residential units, 440+ parking spaces, bicycle parking, and 74,000 square feet of retail space. The retail will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market. Apollo H Street is scheduled to deliver in 2017.
