New EYA townhomes are coming soon to a landmark location in Northwest DC. Reservoir District will feature 146 modern new EYA townhomes, along with exceptional onsite amenities including a public community center with pool, 6-acre park, new onsite retail and much more.
Situated at the location of the former McMillan Sand Filtration Site along North Capitol Street, Reservoir District will be a vibrant new mixed-use neighborhood designed to bring new life to a national treasure. A public-private partnership being developed by Vision McMillan Partners, each partner is developing a portion of the Reservoir District site: EYA (townhomes), Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners (apartments and retail), Trammell Crow (medical office space and retail) and the City of DC (public community center and park space).
The 25-acre site will include new townhomes, apartments, neighborhood retail and grocery store, a world-class center for healthcare and research, public community center with pool, six acres of open park space, as well as beautifully preserved historic structures such as sand filtration silos and regulator buildings and a restored tree-lined path along the perimeter of the site.
Priced from the $800s and opening for pre-construction sales in early 2024, EYA's new townhomes at Reservoir District will offer a distinctive urban style with open floorplans, sophisticated finishes, private garage parking, eco-friendly all-electric design, loft with rooftop terrace and optional personal elevator (per plan).
Reservoir District will revitalize this central site with modern new spaces to live, work and play. Surrounded by neighborhood retail, recreation spaces and beautifully preserved historic structures, the townhomes at Reservoir District will provide a unique urban lifestyle unlike any other.
