"If I Had $6 Million" Listing: Modern Miami Marvel in Forest Hills

The Forest Hills neighborhood in northwest Washington is probably not used to homes like this one. This week’s If I Had $6 Million listing is a four-bedroom home that has the exterior of an embassy on Massachusetts Avenue and the interior of a modern hotel in Miami. Built by a DC real estate developer who used the home to host events that ranged from small dinner parties to political fundraisers, the 8,300 interior square feet have seen a lot of guests. The photos speak for themselves, but we should tell you that the house features art work by both Andy Warhol and Keith Haring (masterpieces do not convey) and like many homes that you have seen on MTV’s Cribs, it has its own movie theater.
