This week’s If I Had $1.5 Million is a four-level town house in Logan Circle with two rental units on the lower floors. While this listing may be prohibitively expensive for most, the one-bedroom rental units will help discount the monthly mortgage payments. The owner’s residence of the property is on the top two floors and includes two spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large living room with an enormous wall of windows (see above), a media space, a rooftop terrace and a gourmet kitchen. On the lower levels are the rental units, and each has a private patio.
