In our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare, we bring back the popular price-guessing game for homes in other metropolitan areas that we introduced a few weeks ago. In this installment, we ask you to give us the price of an enormous two-bedroom loft in Chicago’s popular West Loop.

The two-bedroom, two-bath loft measures out at approximately 3,500 square feet, and with 35-foot ceilings and a 40-foot deep living room, throwing the football around when it is too cold to go outside is by no means out of the question. The photos speak for themselves, but the loft gets flooded with natural light from the windows that line the southern facing wall. The kitchen has a bar with three stools, Viking appliances and a large wine chiller. To really make you feel like you are living the bohemian artist work-at-home lifestyle, the property has a private entrance through a loading dock.
