Home prices are dropping. That’s no secret in this market. But just how much are homes selling for in DC’s more popular neighborhoods? We looked at current prices in five DC zip codes and compared them with those from a year ago.
Note: We are aware that sections of these neighborhoods fall in other zip codes, so we tried to include those zip codes that encompass the largest parts of the neighborhoods we examined.
