Like last year, two adjacent upper NW DC neighborhoods are seeing homes sell at the quickest pace in 2024. Listings in AU Park and Spring Valley are spending less than a week on the market on the market on median. Chevy Chase, Mt. Pleasant and Palisades are also seeing homes sell in about a week.
While the homes in the northwest quadrant of the city are moving quickly, it is a different story on the other side of DC. Homes in places like Deanwood, Trinidad and Anacostia are sitting on the market for several weeks, on median.
